在集群安装LAMMPS

Zeus 集群

检查是否安装完成

./lmp_mpi -h

对于个人用户,可以将可执行文件所在路径(如/data/jxzhu/apps/lammps/lammps-23Jun2022/build)写入某个虚拟环境的环境变量,以实现版本控制。
